I grew up in CO and left behind my dog and two cats after moving here. Every other day (at least) I text my mom for a pic of my dog...there’s something so comforting about a wagging puppy tail and a happy dog smile! I’m used to cleaning up cat boxes, picking up dog doo, and most importantly, I’m very well trained in scratching that spot right behind a dog’s ear or giving a coveted belly rub. I usually walk more when I’m at home with my dog—I can tell when she needs a walk outside more than I know my own need to exercise. I am known among my friends and family for having a happy, paw-sitive attitude, and I’m usually a more pleasant person when I’ve been hanging out with a dog. I’ve taken care of my family’s pets for 19-20 years, and I understand the habits/rituals each pet has, and having dealt with an older kitty, I’m comfortable giving extra love, time, or comfort to any older pets. I will happily give your puppers treats and hugs, and should you have any cats, I will make sure to give them love as well.
