Pet care experience
I’ve lived with dogs and cats since I was born, and watched them for family and friends since I was 10! I’ve been relied on to walk, feed, bathe, and give medication to pets for most of my life. I walk my dog, Ranger, every day. I also walk my friends’ dogs when they’re too busy, and have taken care of them for years whenever needed. I’m comfortable going on hour long walks, or longer as needed. I’m very active and want to give your dog the attention they need! I’m also happy to spend the night in, to cuddle with your cat or dog who needs extra love while you’re away. I’m flexible with whatever your pets needs are, and am always happy to answer questions you have prior to meeting.

We feel so fortunate that Alyssa was able to stay in our home with our pups while were away. They were clearly well cared for and Alyssa was very responsive and sent us pictures! our one guy especially is very nervous with strangers and she was so patient and caring with him. Will definitely be reaching out to use her services again :)
We love Alyssa! It was also love-at-first=greeting for our one year old pup Nelson who immediately felt comfortable in her presence. This was our first time using Rover and Alyssa made the process so easy for us. She is warm, friendly, courteous and compassionate and we look forward to having her watch Nelson again. Alyssa stayed in our guest room and left our home in excellent condition — as if she'd never been there!

Great experience house sitting! Alyssa was communicative and kind to my pets. When I came back I could tell that they were well cared for, watered, fed and loved. She is a responsible young woman who can be entrusted to care for your pets and your home while you were away.

We’ll explore the parks in your neighborhood, or try out some pet toys if they don’t go outside! I’ll keep your pet physically and mentally active the whole time we’re together.

Availability
I have a hybrid job, so I have extra time to take care of animals. When I’m at my parent’s house, I walk my dog in the woods, beaches, and new neighborhoods every day. He is prescribed medication for his lung condition, so I make sure he takes that each morning, too. I frequently check my dog for ticks or other bites. On the weekends, I might go to a friend’s house so my dog can have a playdate with their dog.
