To whom it may concern, For 2 years I have known Alyssa H. in several various facets: through her family and through her professionally; in her customer service/care. Alyssa displays enthusiasm towards people and animals. Alyssa particularly loves dogs, and she is loving and compassionate with animals. This becomes very apparent once you see it, she knows how to meet and greet pets and their owners. An example would be when pet friendly owner/customers bring dogs to Alyssa's work. Alyssa meets her customers needs, and then brings friendly customer service to owners pets, she loves bonding ie) clean fresh water, engaged interaction with healthy doggy snacks and friendly pet contact, even a waste bag if needed for the owner. I've witnessed pet owners/customers stating how wonderful this is, and then requesting to pay Alyssa to walk their dogs. Wow. Also, knowing that Alyssa's has taken care of her very own personal pet family for years, one word that would describe this and Alyssa, "Maturity." Maturity is Ms. H's greatest asset as a young woman. Knowing Alyssa from her current work place, as I said sometimes we bump into each other as I am shopping at Mother's Market in Orange County. She greets people and understands the value of customer friendly suggestions. In all honesty she could not make extra efforts to engage people, but she does. Maybe she does because of her youth and enthusiasm to meet people and experience new things. Lastly, to be relatable for readers, one day recently as I was waiting at the Mother's Market Juice bar, I personally heard Alyssa's supervisor compliment Alyssa verbally on: reliability, dedication and excellent attendance record. This was said because she was proud... this is a unique trait. For me personally, these types of experiences are really what sets young people apart as a leader, critical thinkers and well rounded human beings. How fortunate if anyone were to hire Alyssa, an affinity and trust surely will begin to grow for any pet and pet owner.
