Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Alyssa and dogs bring me the utmost joy. Since they’re always so happy, being around them helps me deal with daily stresses and anxiousness. I have done some volunteer work at an animal shelter where I played with the animals and took them out as needed. I always had dogs growing up and currently have 3 pups, a 5 year old mini Aussie, Paisley, a 2 year old mini American shepherd, Paxton, and a 8 year old standard Aussie, Rocco. I worked as a veterinary technician for 3 years so you can be assured your pet will be well taken care of. I’m a loving, passionate, and outgoing person. I love pooches and always give them the love and care they need. My Australian Shepherd and I love hiking so we often go explore trails that are dog-friendly. I have experience with cats and I would watch them, if needed. I am passionate about all animals, but dogs are easily my favorite.

I want to know what your dog’s everyday life is like. Additionally, I always like to ask about how active your pet is, if they have any allergies, and if they have any special dietary needs. Typically, I slowly approach a new pup and let them get a good sniff in order to become familiar with me.
A typical day
We would start the day with some breakfast and a morning walk. Of course, your dog will be fed what you prefer, but I feed my dogs grain-free food and treats based on what’s healthiest for them. Then we’d go to the dog park to play with other pups. Next, we’d go on another nice long walk, have dinner, and then cuddle up on the couch. I like taking dogs to the Greenway and local Nashville Dog Parks to play and walk around. I always allow my furry friends to be curious. I will be constantly watching and monitoring your pet to make sure they are safe while in my care.

Right now I’m in between jobs as I recently moved back to Tennessee, so I have a lot of free time for all the dogs right now!
