Hi! I'm Alyssa and I enjoy spending time with animals of all ages, sizes and personalities! Having worked in many animal shelters and volunteer hospitals I have experience caring for an array of dogs, cats and other small animals. I take the time to make sure you and your beloved furry friend feel comfortable with me before going on walks, coming into your home or hosting your pet in my home. I am at home a lot of the time taking online courses so I have plenty of free time to be attentive and engaging to your loving pets. My home is clean, smoke free, heated and air conditioned with any supplies needed to care for and clean up after every dog. I love to walk and run so have no problem walking larger dogs who need a bit more excersise! We have a large fenced in backyard and live very close to a dog friendly park area. I can't wait to run and play with your wonderful animals and aim to take extremely good care of them whether on a walk, in my home or in yours.

Alyssa is so fantastic that I almost don’t want to write this so that I don’t have to share her with others!! Really though, she is has a great vibe and is delightful to communicate with, as well as highly organized & detail oriented. Highly customer service focused (equally to both the pet & owner). I work at the local hospital so occasionally it is very difficult for me to find a sitter for my kitten, Apollo. Alyssa was more than happy to watch him for my 12 hour shift, and she even sent me some pictures of her with him! She is highly responsive as well as attentive to the pets, my kitten hardly wanted to leave!

A typical day
Walks will be around the sidewalks near my home and at an adjacent dog friendly fenced in park area. I enjoy running and jogging with dogs, playing fetch, tug of war and keep away. If I come to your home to walk your pets I prefer to use a route normal to you to help prevent stress or confusion around a new person.
