Pet care experience
I recently graduated from Bucknell University and moved to Charlotte in January 2019! Currently living in an apartment in Plaza Midwood. I’ve had dogs all of my life and have lots of experience volunteering at animal shelters/pet sitting along with caring for my own pets. Currently do not have any pets due to the fact that I work a lot during the week & would therefore love to pet sit!! Regarding availability, I work quite a bit M-F but am available after 7:30 pm on week nights and always on the weekends! Off on all bank holidays & have lots of free time. Alyssa has been working with our dogs, Duke (8 year old German Sheppard) and Stevie Nicks (3 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever) for 2 years now. Our dogs love her; We love her! She is always punctual, never cancels our appointments, has stayed overnight with our dogs numerous times-extremely trustworthy. I would highly recommend Alyssa to any dog or cat lover.

Alyssa is great with animals, and has a special connection with dogs. We worked together at a dog shelter in college, and she took a leading role. Having grown up with dogs her whole life, I had a lot to learn from her. All animals are very happy under Alyssa’s care!
Alyssa is an incredibly kind person who absolutely adores dogs. Her dedication to your animal will be unmatched undoubtedly. A few months ago Alyssa and I were walking down a rural road in Pennsylvania and we stumbled upon a lost dog. Immediately Alyssa was able to grab the dog and notify it's owners. She will give your dog her undivided attention and love. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend hiring Alyssa to care for your furry friends!
