Pet care experience
I believe that pets are most comfortable in their own homes and should be treated as family. I've watched, walked/exercised, groomed and stayed with dogs of all sizes and several breeds, including those with anxiety. I have a rescue dog of my own, so I understand the worry of introducing someone new to your pet. I would like to meet you, your dog(s) and get to know their routine and what you'd expect from me. I have owned several dogs/cats in my life and treat each of my client’s pets as my own. I work Monday-Friday from 9 to 6 and am willing to work with you to spend as much time with your dog(s) and cat(s) as possible. I hope to meet you and your four-legged family member(s) very soon!

My pets love Alyssa - and so do I! I have used her twice and both times were a great experience. She is very responsible and keeps in touch with me while I'm gone - including pictures of my furry darlings - so I have peace of mind that all is well. My 10-year-old Corgi, Dixie, can be a bit ornery with people but she took to Alyssa the first time they met. I highly recommend her!

I have a rescue dog that is, unfortunately, very particular when it comes to meeting other animals - so, I will be required to come to you if you book me.

I like to make sure all animals are safe and know how comfortable they are with other dogs/pets, just in case we are in a public place. I would like to have a meet-and-greet to introduce myself to the dog with you there beforehand as well, so they're comfortable with me and I'm not a complete stranger. I will NOT have my dog with me if I come to your house.
A typical day
I'm willing to go to parks, play in your backyard or even walk around the neighborhood for exercise. I often find out more about your pet during our meet and greet, and will send updates/photos throughout the day as well.

Availability
I am available before and after work to walk dogs and can allot time for extended drop-ins if needed. I work full time throughout the week, but am willing to discuss what works with your schedule.
