I love to meet new dogs and get to know their personalities. All dogs are different and have different needs. I don't mind taking the time to make sure a dog is happy and healthy. I currently have my own dog that I enjoy running, walking and playing with every day. I grew up with dogs in the home and currently have a small handful of dogs I watch every so often. They range from small to big, old to young, and most are high energy which keeps me active! That is probably one of my most favorite parts of being around dogs. I am comfortable with all sizes of dogs, more than one dog in the home, and traveling to your home to make sure the dog is the most comfortable.

Alyssa is awesome, she gets our old dogs and takes great care of them and our house. We will definitely ask her to house sit for us again!
Alyssa was fantastic, she spent the Labor day weekend with our dogs and she did a great job. They were relaxed and happy during her stay from the pictures, they were comfortable enough to sleep all day! We will definitely ask Alyssa to stay with Umi and O'Hara again!

I would like to know about their personality, like if they're more outgoing or shy around other dogs or people, if they like to be up early or sleep in, and what is expected of the dog in the house (i.e. can the dog be on the furniture? Can they not go into a certain room?).
A typical day
Going for walks around the neighborhood or around any local parks or lakes. If the dog likes to play with the ball I enjoy a good game of fetch. I also enjoy working with dogs on commands, so if your dog is currently learning new commands I feel comfortable using your technique to make sure they are still learning while you're away.
