Pet care experience
Hi folks! I may be new to Rover but I’m not new to pet sitting. I’ve lived with dog sitters for the past 5 years. Over that time, I’ve gained much knowledge and first hand experience caring for dogs. I have provided care to the dogs that visit my home through walks, affection, playtime, and providing food and medications (when needed). Your dog’s time with me will feel like a retreat for him/her. I hope you’ll give me the privilege of watching your furry friend!

This was our first time using Alyssa, and I couldn’t recommend her more! She was patient and responsive to Sox’s needs, and excellent at communicating with me (and presumably with him 😂.) I highly recommend her and would use her again without reservation.
Alyssa is excellent! She has looked after my 5-year-old rat terrier mix, Olive, several times now and I will continue coming to her first when I need a sitter. Alyssa truly goes the extra mile to shower Olive with love and provide me with updates that make it easier to be apart. She cares for Olive like she would her own and Olive LOVES her! Would recommend Alyssa 1000x over.
Alyssa is a great dog sitter/walker she has walked and sat my 11 y/o golden retriever for years now. My dog loves her and I couldn’t recommend her more.

A typical day
I love taking dogs for a walk in the Middlesex Fells, it’s less than a 10 min drive from my place. There is a great dog park near there too! We can also play lots of games in the apartment as well
