In my house my personal dog has free range as well as yours will. The patio door is open from morning till 7pm so the dogs can freely sunbathe and have activities like lick pads and stuffed kongs outside (with permission). Occasional potty breaks and mats are present if not fully trained. My personal pet sleeps in bed with me or in her kennel just depends on her last shower as yours can sleep wherever they are comfortable and whatever you prefer!
