Pet care experience
I’m here to take great care of your pets (dog and/or cats!). I'll make sure your pup gets the exercise, playtime, and lots of lovin’ he/she deserves! I’ve had pet care experience for the majority of my life including both dogs and cats. I used to be a bonafide “cat-person” until I had the sudden urge to adopt my dog, Bitsy. My boyfriend and I adopted Bitsy this past November after volunteering for Jacksonville Humane Society’s Dog Day Out. We were paired with Bitsy and fell in love with her! I will care for your pet as if they were my own! My goal is to make sure your dog/cat is happy, healthy, and safe. I’ve cared for kittens, puppies, cats, and dogs of all sizes and energy levels. I recognize each pet has their own, unique personality and individual preferences. Please let me know if your dog has particular needs so I can cater to them the best way I can. Your pet is my top priority!

Alyssa has been a life saver, she is so good with our golden retriever puppy Lizzie! She’s very quick to respond and so accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our pup while my husband and I are at work!
Not only was Alyssa amazing with my kittens, she noticed my fridge was leaking on one of her visits. I just moved to the area and to make my life insanely easy, she went back to my house for me for the repair man. A woman who has met me once, did he a HUGE favor, for no reason other than she is a wonderful human. She took so many great pictures of my kitties and I loved the little notes about the visits. I don’t want to travel so much in my near future, but have to, and will be using her every time!
Alyssa is awesome with my two Shit tzu pups.
Alyssa was awesome when checking in on my Great Dane. My dog doesn't always warm up to people quickly due to her anxiety, but she seemed to love Alyssa! I knew my dog was in good hands when I was traveling, and Alyssa even sent me multiple pictures of her to keep my mind at ease. I will definitely be booking Alyssa again!!!

I usually get dog treats that are free of grains, wheat, corn, and soy. -Is your dog's vaccines up to date? (Rabies, DVAPP, Bordetella) -Does your dog have any history of separation anxiety, aggression, and/or runaways?
A typical day
Walks around the neighborhood, a nearby park, or dog park if your pup is good with dog parks. Lots of playtime indoors or outdoors. Lots of pets, belly rubs, cuddles, "good boys/girls!", and more!
