I have owned boxers for the past 10 years and have experience taking care of neighbors dogs ranging from chihuahua's to German Shepard's. Currently I have a Goldendoodle named Theo who I have has since he was a puppy. I taught him all of his basic and advanced obedience and agility. I would love to take care of your furry friend because I love walking, playing, and lounging about with all breeds of dogs. Currently I am a student at the University of Texas and this type of job fits perfectly into my schedule. The only classes I have right now are online and done on my own time so you don't have to worry about that interfering with your pets time! With my boxer's over the past few years the one thing I have learned to do is specialty care. I am good with having to arrange special eating situations, adapt to a dogs energy/health level, and how to administer numerous types of medication. I have also learned how to handle dogs with post operative issues after my first dog had a total knee replacement at the age of 1.5 years and I was the primary care giver for her. For your dog I can adapt to almost whatever you need whether that be a small walk around the loop, a run around ladybird lake, a trip to the dog park, or even just a pal to hang out with while you are gone. For over night stays I would only be gone for about 2 hours out of the week days while I have classes and then not at all on the weekends!
