Pet care experience
I am a senior Psychology major at Texas A&M University and have aspirations of receiving a PH. D in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I will be applying to grad school this fall. I live in College Station and am taking a few classes online and have lots of free time! I am very passionate about crime podcasts and enjoy working out (so dog walks are my favorite). I am a handler for Canine Companions for Independence, a organization that is focused on training dogs for those who are in need of a service dog. This organization has taught me how to properly train service dogs. I currently have 3 dogs back home in Austin (Peekapom, Chihuahua, and a Great Pyrenees!), they're currently residing with my parents. I truly miss them and I babysit dogs to make my heart happy.

Alyssa did a great job dropping in on my 2 dogs while I was away. She always sent me pictures of the dogs with an update after each visit. I was comfortable being away for a few days, knowing that Emma and Ginger were being well cared for.

Alyssa was the absolute best sitter we could have asked for!! She made us feel a thousand times better about leaving our pups. She updated us every visit with pictures, detailed discription of the visit & videos! As long as she is available we won’t use anyone else!!! Also we were initially worried about our Yorkie because he isn’t used to strangers but she has little dogs and she knew exactly how to make him comfortable and both of my dogs absolutely loved her.
Alyssa is a great dog sitter. She’s prompt, takes great photos and gives great updates. Excellent in communication and has a great dog loving personality. She always treats my dogs and cat like they're her own. My animals love her and we feel as though she’s a part of our family. Highly recommend.
