Alyssa did an amazing job watching my three dogs for the weekend. She kept me updated on my babies and they just loved her. I would totally recommend her service.

Contract and payment were finalized in June of this year for 2 weeks in September (our son was getting married in Florida) to care for our 2 dogs. Alyssa contacted us ON THE DAY OF OUR DEPARTURE after we had already left and asked if we still needed her?? The contract was also originally for her to stay overnight at our home each night. She then told us the day of our departure her father passed away a few days earlier and she would not be able to stay overnight because she "could only sleep in her own bed now." In addition, we did not receive any communication from Alyssa during the entire trip regarding our dogs. Luckily, our son was returning home early from the trip so this would decrease Alyssa's workload even more for the following week. Despite the fact that we heard nothing from her during the first week re: our dogs, she sent us a text at 6 a.m. the morning of our son's departure to ask when he would be getting home that day. We are very disappointed with the service provided and the large sum of money we paid with expectations per the contract not even close to being met. We will not be utilizing Alyssa again or this service.
