I have loved animals all my life, as I grew up owning dogs and horses. In high school, I began pet sitting for friends in family. Recently, I have been pet sitting more often through referrals. I currently have two playful border collies and one small dog at my house looking for play dates.

Maverick from Topgun. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. Alyssa Cova. What do these three people all have in common? Under the most stressful and intense situations, they're absolutely cool as a cucumber. Alyssa watched my house and dogs during the once in a hundred-year storms we just had and not once did I ever worry about the state of my pups. At the peak of the storms Alyssa was sending me pictures of Scruffy (Jack Russell) and Stubby (Beagle) eating pupcakes she had brought over for them to calm them down! Then when the neighbors texted me to let me know their front yard was flooding I checked the Ring camera and I saw Alyssa removing debris from the storm drain.... an ANGEL! Go Alyssa!

Alyssa did a great job with our 2 dogs. We could tell quickly that she was good with animals when she showed up to meet the dogs, and they instantly bonded. It’s comforting to know that there’s a competent and caring person to take care of the pets while we’re away.
Alyssa is quite experienced with animals. She has always had a Border Collie and is an avid horseback rider. She understands animal behavior and enjoys spending time with them. She has been hired to babysit the furry children throughout the neighborhood for years and is now hoping to expand.

I have a fenced in home with a doggie door (that can be blocked off if necessary) and access to a yard that faces a green belt. On the days that I am available I am home for most of the day, and my other dogs are very friendly and love to play with new dogs.
