Alyssa was SO awesome. She spent genuine time with our doggo and gave it 110% when she didn’t have to. I am so appreciative of her sending photos too!

To Whom It May Concern: I have known Alyssa for about 3 years, as a neighbor and friend. I trust her with a key to my home and access to my 3 dogs and cat in case of need. When I first met her, she had no pets. During the terrible floods around Baton Rouge when she was driving back from Lake Charles, she took the time to stop on the side of the Interstate to rescue a lost wandering little dog. He was never claimed, and Alyssa has given him a great life. She has trained him and helped him tame his barking habit. Phelps is a happy well-behaved fella! Wanting Phelps to have a companion, she went to the SPCA and rescued Laya. Laya was scared and shy and stayed back in the corner of her crate. Laya is a different dog after a couple of years in Alyssa's care. She has "come out of her shell," and greets friends and passers-bye with gentle sweetness. What she has done for her own furry ones, she would do for yours! In her sales work before the company was sold, she was tireless, professional and creative. She supported and promoted her clients vigorously, and significantly helped grow a fledgling business. She is an intelligent self-starter with good judgement, compassion, and dependability. She would be an asset to ROVER, and I am proud to recommend her without reservation.
