Pet care experience
I have taken care of my family pets since I was 7 years old (border collie, English bulldog, chocolate lab, St. Bernard) and did a lot of pet sitting in my neighborhood! I would feed,hydrate, bathe, exercise, and play with these pets! I also love taking care of cats and other pets too!

Alyssa took great care of our two dogs and our home while we were away for a weekend. I am a little nervous to leave my dogs with someone new, but Alyssa came over earlier in the week to meet the dogs and learn their care routine. She was a great communicator and sent plenty of pics so we knew our dogs were getting plenty of attention. Will definitely book with her next time we need a house sitter!
Alyssa took great care of our dogs while we were out of town! We are typically anxious about leaving our dogs when we leave town, but Alyssa made us feel very comfortable and was very communicative. Our dogs can also be quite high maintenance, and she responded well to their needs. We will definitely be booking with her again to take care of our pups!

I live with my boyfriend and his sister who love dogs, we live in an open concept house with a doggy door to a big fenced yard as well as a very sweet chocolate lab that loves having playmates! We are very excited to host your fur babies and are very diligent about practicing consistency with whatever behaviors or rules that owners want while they stay with us!

A typical day
Stimulating and entertaining dogs to the point that they look like they’re smiling back at me is one of my favorite aspects of working through Rover! Depending on the dog, I love taking them for walks, playing fetch, socializing at nearby dog parks, they’ll be tuckered out by the end of each day, ready for nighttime snuggles and pets!

I just got a new job at an orthodontic office where I will be working 6:45am-5:45pm Monday-Thursday. So I am available all day Thursday evenings-Sunday evenings
