I got my first puppy when I was 7 and had my tonsils taken out. My parents got me a golden lab to take care of since I'd be stuck home all summer. Keri became my best friend as I trained and house broke her. Since then, I've loved, cared for, and owned multiple breeds and aged dogs including German Shepherds, miniature schnauzers, labradoodles, chihuahuas, pugs, pitbulls, boxers etc. I'm used to high energy walks and play time, but am more than happy to curl up with a book and a cuddly pup during the afternoon or evening.
