Hey y'all, you can call me Aly. I am a 34 year old mom of 2 who loves animals. I grew up in Newtown, CT where my mother bred Golden retrievers. I have helped whelp litters and have taken care of puppies from newborn and up and multiple dogs at once. I used to work at a local vet in Newtown and have held many pet sitting jobs. I am a Registered Nurse currently in between jobs until end of November where I will start a flexible job as a home health nurse where I am able to make my own schedule. I love being a nurse and I love my clients and patients, but I could never give up taking care of animals. I love my pets and I love my pet sitting clients! I treat all dogs, cats, birds, and fish as if they were my own. My daughters are very accustomed to the all different breeds of dogs and respect all animals when they come into our home. I own a home in Southbury, CT with a fenced in yard. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Alyson was a great sitter for our dog Bella. She had a caring and calm personality which was a great fit for our dog, who can sometimes be a little nervous when left with a sitter. She communicated great throughout the stay and was very knowledgeable about dogs. I would definitely use Alyson again.

A typical day
Walks will be around my quiet neighborhood. Fenced in yard to run around and a doggy door to the house. Can come and go as they please! Supervised ball and toy playtime.

Availability
Pet care fits into my daily and weekly routine as I am currently in between jobs as a registered nurse. When I begin my new job at the end of November, I will continue to be flexible as I am able to create my own schedule throughout the week.
