Hey there! My name is Alysiah and I can’t wait to meet you and your best friend. Some of my fondest memories are of my two childhood dogs, Chichi and Dennis. They were my best friends and I wanted nothing but the best for them. That includes quality life and of course, the best sitter. I want to be that for you and your dog(s) now. From puppies to senior dogs, I’ve been there - and I’m here to help. My home is pet free (for now). I work from home and would be the ideal sitter for someone that travels a lot. I’d be able to give your dog personalized care and individualized attention while you are away. **DISCLAIMER** My dog sits tend to overlap a bit and I plan on getting a dog within the next few years. With this, it would be ideal to board dogs that are good with others. I do not plan on stopping Rover when I get a dog; I want to continue the experience to enhance my future dogs life, with the occasional friend that visits - along with continuing working with the clients that have grown to trust me with their furry friend!

🐾 Simply THE BEST! Alysiah cares for my dogs as if they were her own. She is very knowledgeable, attentive to their needs, has flexible scheduling, and is an excellent communicator. I always look forward to her updates and pictures when I am out of town and have such peace of mind knowing my dogs are in such great hands. 🐾
Alysiah does a wonderful job caring for Strider, my shepherd mix. He has some anxiety challenges, and she follows directions perfectly and makes him very comfortable whenever she cares for him. Alysiah is extremely kind and loves the animals she cares for as if they were her own. I wouldn't want anyone else watching my pets!
Alysiah started watching my goldendoodle(75lbs) Ace when he was just a puppy. She did an amazing job taking him on midday walks while I was at work and even had him for long weekends at her home. She has since watched him countless times over the past 3 years and always takes care of him and makes sure he has plenty to keep his doggy brain busy. She is very familiar with her neighborhood and is always looking out for your dogs safety and well-being. I can't recommend Alysiah enough to anyone who has need of a dog sitter. She is simply the best.

AT MY HOME: I currently have no pets; your pup will have all of my attention while staying with me. I’m in an apartment on the second floor with a balcony. Though I don’t have a yard, we have a doggy park at our complex, along with a mini walking trail. If you’d like to stop by to see the apartment before booking with me (I highly recommend for new clients) - we can schedule a meet + greet accordingly (I require meet and greets for first time bookers).

SPECIAL TREATMENT: Please let me know if your dog has special needs or needs any kind of special treatment- I will treat them accordingly. I would like to know what to expect in advance so I can treat your dog with the absolute best care. NON NEGOTIABLE: I ask that your dog be furniture trained (not allowed on furniture/no history of accidents on furniture) - I’ve had a few unfortunate circumstances with last minute bookings which created an un-ideal situation for the dog, the sitter, and the owner. As an owner, I do believe it is your responsibility to ensure your pet meets with sitter requests prior to booking as we both want to create the best environment for your dog while you are away. MEET & GREET: I will not book your first walk/sit/daycare/ect. without meeting you and your best friend prior. As mentioned above we want to create the best environment for your dog while you are away. I require that we meet prior to ensure your pup and I are a good fit. Meeting prior will reassure you of me and allow your dog to feel acquainted with me prior to our time together. I understand this may be an inconvenience at times, but you know your dog best. I’d like to give you an opportunity on their behalf to ensure we are a good match before we confirm a booking.
A typical day
A TYPICAL DAY: My day always starts with a walk outside. Filled with sniffs and potty breaks, your dog will be relieved and stimulated first thing. The next two midday walks may consist of a walk around the complex trail or maybe a trip to the dog park on property which will allow for some off leash play time. A before bedtime walk will ensure we avoid overnight accidents and get any additional out of our system for the night. Your pup will meet tons of friends around the complex. We can even stop by the front office and say hi to the staff (they have doggy treats to share). In between, we’ll have play time with your dogs favorite toy, sunbathing time on the balcony, or share some cuddle time between walks, naps, and fetch. If I have multiple sits at a time, your pup may even enjoy having a friend while they are staying!

Availability
MY SCHEDULE: I like having a schedule and will keep your furry friend on one, according to your pets needs. As mentioned, I work from home, so boarding and daycare would work best with my schedule. I’m usually up by 6:30 am and in bed by 10 pm - I keep my Rover calendar up to date with my personal schedule and will block out any dates that I’m unavailable. On a normal day with a dog-sit, we’ll go on 4 walks a day minimum (I like to go on walks during my work day to keep my mind right).
