Pet care experience
I have been pet sitting dogs and cats since I was a child. My parents ran a pet sitting business out if our home, we also cared for pets in the clients home, and did drop in visits. I continue to pet sit a few clients we still have all these years later. We ourselves also had cats and dogs. I also used to foster recues and volunteer with Daisy Davis Pitbull Rescue. I have cared for newborn puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats who need extra special care. I regularly bathe and trim my neighbors dogs nails for him, so if need be, I can bathe your animals. I would love the opportunity care for and love your animal while you are away.

I can follow whatever routine and directions you need in order for me to take care of your animals the way you’d like. My three dogs follow a strict homemade diet and have supplements they get everyday. I understand the importance of following a strict routine, especially while heir owner is away. My animals at home have two fenced in yards and are crated when we are not home. Otherwise, my three dogs are with my husband and I. Whether that be going out of town or running errands.

I have a few things I like to know beforehand such as: Does the dog or cat have any triggers? (Such as hats, beards, kids etc.) If they have a specific routine? Do they have medical conditions to be aware of? (Even if it doesn’t require medication) Do they have any allergies? Do they have any unique quirks?
A typical day
I live fairly close to Johnson’s Park and the dog park. I usually walk our chocolate lab through Johnson’s Park, she’s very high energy and the terrain and smells really excite her vs just flat ground in town. If your dog is also super friendly I can take them to the dog park, which is fabulous for burning energy. Or I could walk them with one of my dogs, which are all up to date on shots, flea treated, and extremely friendly. I have lots of toys and balls that I sanitize regularly or we could use your own frisbee or ball! Whatever works for you and your pet!

I am currently a stay at home mom with two kids in school, so aside from my every day routine I have quite a bit of extra time. So I can be flexible if there are last minute changes in your schedule.
