Alyse was great! Kept me posted the whole time and was great with my kind of high maintenance little pup :)

Alyse is an exceedingly conscientious and responsible pet parent, whether it’s her own two cats, the horses she cares for at the barn where she volunteers, or her parents’ three dog whom she often pet sits. Besides taking care of the usual stuff—food, exercise, poop—Alyse has a keen sense of how animals are feeling, what situations will make them tense or uncomfortable, when they’re feeling restless and need to be played with, when they’re feeling moody and need a more careful approach. I’ve seen her handle some pretty tricky animal situations—her very traumatized rescue chihuahua who tried to bite every woman she met, her elderly cat who needed medicine administered round the clock, her horse who would barely let her pet her, let alone ride her. And in every one, I’ve been impressed at Alyse’s ability to connect with these animals and care for them in the way they need, both physically and mentally. I’d trust her in a heartbeat to care for my pets.
