My husband and I have had a wide variety of house-pets on and off for our entire lives. Although we do not currently have any pets of our own, we both have many years experience.

We were extremely happy with Alycia and her family watching Shelby! We loved to see the daily updates and photos. We knew Shelby was cared for and loved.
Alycia and her family were absolutely wonderful! I have to imagine that our Dog had such a great time he barely knew we were gone. Alycia sent regular pictures and kept us updated on everything. She was super easy to work with and flexible with schedules. Thank you for such great care.

Alycia was absolutely amazing. She was very flexible and willing to work with my work schedule. Akira, had a blast with Alycia and her kids. Alycia updated me on everything that was going on and sent photos of my pup so I could see how she was doing. Alycia responded to messages very quickly and would answer any of my concerns. I will definitely use her again and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter!

We live in a two-story home on a quiet culdesac and have a large partially-fenced yard although it is not fully enclosed at this time. We take precaution with supervised outdoor time using leashes or cable tie-outs as necessary. Our family enjoys getting outside for walks around the neighborhood and visits to the park space nearby. We’ll follow your feeding schedule and I can provide a large wired crate for dogs that are crate trained or prefer access to one as their safe space. We have 3 young children (1, 4, and 6 year old girls) that love the company of dogs. Your fur-baby won’t be short on attention :) With that said, potty-trained and house-trained, as well as a friendly demeanor is a must due to young kids and all that comes with it. We have a soft spot for animals and would be happy to provide a loving family home for your dog while you’re away!

A typical day
We like to keep active and busy, walks around the neighborhood or visiting nearby parks as weather permits. Our home has an unfinishished basement that allows space for more rowdy play and fetch on dreary days. If there’s any special toys, bones, bedding, or treats your pup prefers feel free to send along! Anything that would make them (and you!) feel more comfortable throughout their stay.

We are home Thursday-Monday FT leaving plenty time to spend with your pup! In an office Tuesday/Wednesdays for up to 8-9 hours away. We happily accept one day at a time, overnight, or extended boarding!
