Pet care experience
I have been caring for my own pets since I was very young. I have experience working with big and small dogs (chihuahuas to great danes and huskies), have taken care of cats, and fish, and worked with reptiles as well. I believe it's very important to build trust with an animal to the extent that they'll let me, as well as be around them when they are alone. I do my best to keep up with their schedules and can also understand what they need and when fairly well.

Alycia is amazing! From the moment I met her I knew she was a perfect match for my pup. She is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about dogs and animal care in general. She took the time to provide the extra touches such as bathing by dog (that was not even on my to do list😊.) She is highly organized and a reliable pet sitter. I trusted her with my home as well. Alycia is literally the best dog sitter I have ever had. She cares so much for Brody and makes sure he gets everything he needs. My dog is 17 and consistently has changing conditions which Alycia is able to manage and has my full confidence to do so. The last time she had Brody, he became unwell and she went above and beyond to make sure that he got the care he needed. Not only did she drive around to a lot of vets in the area to get him seen, she kept me in the loop with great communication along the way. If you are looking for a dependable, caring and easy going person to look after your pet, Alycia is your person.
Alycia is amazing! She takes great care of my dog and is really easy to get a hold of. I would recommend her to anyone!
Alycia watched our 17 month old collie for the weekend and she was great. Very responsible, left the house in great shape and updated us throughout the weekend. I hope she is available to watch our dog in the future. I would definitely have her back. Super.

At this time I cannot provide services in my own home. I will always make sure that doors, fences with gates, and other things around your home are safe and secure. I can work an alarm/security system and am more than happy to set it during certain times if that's what you prefer.

I always enjoy working with dogs that have special needs! However, I do need to know in advance, and during our meet and great if you could walk me through their daily routine I would really appreciate it. I look forward to working with your pets! :)
A typical day
I am always happy to have a long playtime with your pet if you have a backyard, and also enjoy going to parks to run dogs as well. I do enjoy teaching dogs new tricks as well, and running them through little trick "routines" if you will.

Availability
I'm currently working part-time, and am fairly flexible with my work schedule. I can work dog walks, drop-ins, and also house sits around my schedule pretty well. For dog walks and drop-ins, I will be there from the scheduled times and am more than happy to communicate with you if something comes up and I need to push those back a little bit or move them up. I come and go throughout the day depending on what I need to do during a house sit, but on weekends I'm typically there the whole day.
