Pet care experience
I grew up on a farm from the time I was born until I left for college. We had cats, dogs, pigs, chickens, rabbits, etc. While I was in college I watched family and friends animals. After college, I rescued a puppy and have been a dog parent for 2 and a half years now. Due to having my own furry best friend, I can provide genuine care on walks.

I think that it is extremely important to know whether a dog is aggressive or not the first few times meeting with the dog. As well as if they are leash friendly for walking.
A typical day
I love doing enrichment feedings with my own dog. She loves being challenged to earn her food and this helps stimulate her mind. I LOVE taking her to walk at the Sugar Land Natural History Museum - the shading by trees makes this a wonderful walk for both dog and human.

Availability
I currently work full-time for a local hospital system. My hours are a bit different due to the job that I have. Pet care fits into my daily routine fairly easily in the mornings due to my atypical work schedule. Now that it is summer time, my afternoons are completely free and every Friday I am off.
