Pet care experience
Although I am an Early Childhood Education major, I have always been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. While growing up I always wanted to be a vet, and in high school, I took Pre-Vet Small Animal and Large Animal. I currently have two cats and a dog and have experiences with different sizes of dogs. I am very flexible year-round. I will have pretty flexible hours. I have my own car/way of transportation to provide these services as a dog walker or sitter. I will do whatever I can to make your dog feel as much love as you give them

In my client's home I would want the pets to feel as if just because I'm not who is usually in the home with them doesn't mean that things will be completely different. If there is a set routine I will follow it with the pets.

If there is any certain things that the dog enjoys or if there is something that can trigger the dog to be upset. Does the dog have any allergies/need medication for anything. How does the dog get along with kids and other dogs/animals
A typical day
Depending on the area, I would take the dogs on trails, or take them to a dog park (depending on how they are with other dogs and if the owner is okay with it).

I have a very flexible schedule and currently work overnight shifts 2-3 days/week. So I can easily work around those shifts to help with someone's needs for their pets
