Absolutely wonderful! We never had to question if Conan was safe or having a good time. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone looking for boarding or daycare.

This was the 2nd time we used Always Home in the span of 2 months. The first time worked out ok. This time, I'm disappointed. I think my dog was treated well and properly cared for. However, when we arrived at our scheduled pick-up time nobody was home. Erica did text me about 45 minutes before to say she had to run an errand but, given that we had a scheduled pick-up time and I responded saying we'd be there in about 20 minutes I found it very frustrating that no one was there. It was a long day and flight and to have to take the baby home so we could start dinner and get him to bed and then come back to pick up our dog was a huge hassle. To top it off, our food scoop was destroyed by a puppy. Easily predictable that stuff that smells like food will be investigated, especially by a puppy. That's not only hazardous for other dogs since it's plastic, and a piece was missing, we now have to buy a new one.
