Pet care experience
Animal lover since a kid, started pet sitting when I was 10. I have experience with all breeds growing up I worked in my aunts dog kennel and grooming business. We have dog bedrooms instead of kennels, dogs get plenty of space. House boarding details* I have 45 acres set off the road, safe!! Also swimming access for the dogs! Making sure your dog is as comfortable as they are at home!

We are repeat customers of Althea’s, our dog Otis loves going to visit her home! We wouldn’t bring him anywhere else unless we had to. He gets plenty of exercise, quality time with other dogs. Whenever I leave the house on a normal day to do errands- Otis watches the car leave out the window (makes a “hurry back” face). When we drop Otis off at Althea’s he doesn’t bother to pay attention to us leaving, acts like a kid who is annoyed their parents are lingering when being dropped off for summer camp.
Rosie and Gabby had so much fun. Althea provided a safe and happy place for them while their human family was away. We will definitely reach out to Althea in the future.
Our dog had a blast, got lots of good exercise and was well cared for. The photo updates were a nice bonus! Althea was always quick to respond, which added peace of mind.
Super-communicative and dog-friendly. Couldn’t ask for more peace of mind on a day when I needed to leave Boo behind!

40+ Acres set off the road, along a nice pond and 25ft of fenced in dog area with a dog house if dogs need to be in a fenced area. I usually have my dogs off leash at the house because it’s such a large open space and we are outside most of the time! Will take leashed dogs if preferred** Lots of space inside and outside for dogs to enjoy

We love hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, biking. Anything outdoors! Swimming in the summer. Always doing something fun with the dogs on our property enjoying the fresh air! Or cuddling on the couch watching movies
