Pet care experience
I am a 28 year old truck driver working in the Baltimore area by day. I have ample experience walking friends’ and neighbors’ dogs. I also worked at a groomery for a few weeks for some supplemental income. I have my own reliable car. I walked for "Wag!" for a while and received dozens of 5-star reviews from my clients there. I am using my earnings to help pay for my courses at UMUC. So I'd sure appreciate any opportunities to meet your furry friends and ensure their safety and comfort whenever you are working, on vacation, or are otherwise preoccupied. I am a patient, reliable, flexible and professional animal lover. I am old enough to know to put down my phone and to be polite and professional should we meet in person, for what it's worth.

Very hard time communicating what we needed: misunderstood our booking as a drop-in visit, not the full day sitting paid for, had to be told of this on both booking days and had made bookings for other jobs during our full day sitting booking; fed dogs when not required (which was a risk that one would overeat and make himself sick). Dogs seemed ok in the evening, but I wouldn't book again.
10 stars!!! Alonna was terrific! She took care of my 2 large dogs while I was on vacation. I came back home to my 2 happy kids. I got regular photos and even a photo of the heartworm box which reassured me the kids got theirs. She also had to give regular meds to one of the dogs. And she even spent the night!!! Alonna is very reliable, intelligent, and articulate. I am so glad I found a new pet sitter and I could finally have a relaxing vacation without worrying. I have 2 human children about Alonna's age and I can attest to the fact that there are not many young people like Alonna these days! Thank you Alonna!!!! ❤
The good news is that my cat was fed and seemed fine when I got home. However, it looked like the litter box was not scooped at all. Luckily my cat kept using it anyway, but I probably scooped 5+ pounds after being away for a week. Very disappointing.
Enough stains that we are just throwing away an 8x10 area rug. Our dogs have never had issues in the house, and Alonna never mentioned any accidents. Instructions to cleanup after our dogs in our small yard w/ poop bags weren't followed, so we came home to have to clean everything up. Positive is that we came home to 2 happy healthy pups

I like to throw dogs sticks and frisbees. I also like to walk them on trails or parks, away from traffic whenever possible. I enjoy playing with dogs who are high energy as well.
