Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and have always loved them. I have walked many of my friends dogs in verious sizes and many different behaviours. I have even walked my cat! I have taken care of cats and own two of my own as well. I am also willing to learn about any other animal care that aren't cats or dogs!

Alona was very professional, she did a great job walking our dogs around the neighborhood. She was on time and communicated great, she even wiped the wet dogs down after their walk. We would definitely book her again!

Generally speaking, when walking a dog I make sure that the dog is not wondering off with the leash too far from me, this way I am able to make sure that I can keep your dog safe near me. I make sure to walk in safe areas or if I have to cross the road, I make sure there are no cars. When other dogs are seen, I keep the dog close to me and wait for the other dogs to pass before continuing the walk. I am also willing to wipe down your dog or their paws, brush them or whatever other care they need after the walk, just let me know! For drop-ins I make sure to listen to instructions given and try to at least land my eyes on the pet during the visit to make sure they are okay! If any issues come up I contact the pet parent directly and right away.

It is important for me to know if your pet has ever shown aggression as I am willing to work with such pets, however I take a different approach with them.
A typical day
When doing a drop-in visit I will feed if needed and clean the litter box if needed. For the rest of the time I will spend time with the pet ether giving them attention such as cuddling or petting, brushing, playing or simply just hanging out near them in case they are shy.

I am a college student who mostly has classes in the afternoon. I am willing to walk and check-in on pets in the evening and in the morning, however feel free to ask me my availability!
