Pet care experience
Growing up I've always been around pets (dogs, rabbits, hamsters) so during that time, I have learned how to train and take care of them. I have always loved being around animals and they bring me so much happiness so I want to give that same happiness to them. I live in a quiet and relaxing home with 1 senior dog.

Almira puppy sat for my 4 month old puppy. She took him out on a couple walks, reinforced some tricks (sit, stay, paw) with plenty of repetitions! Trustworthy dog-sitter. Provided updates without any prompts, but when asked, would provide detailed response and even a cute photo!
Almira is a kind and patient friend to all animals. She’s well experienced at training and taking care of pets, having grown up with dogs and other animals throughout her life. She’s currently helping take care of her senior dog Lamby. She’s very adaptable: calm and gentle mannered toward pets who are a bit more apprehensive; and is active and energetic toward younger more playful pets. My cats and dog love her!
If Almira is not already your go-to person for your fur fam, she will be in no time! She has a loving and affable personality that embraces all interactions wholeheartedly, especially with the pets under her care. Almira will go above and beyond to ensure that your pet is well taken care of on your time away, keeps you up-to-date, all the while being attentive and thoughtful to the details that warrant a customized caregiving for your pet's needs. We would highly recommend her in a heartbeat, and look forward to having her take care of our puppy again!

In our home, we have a fenced backyard for your pet to enjoy or take potty breaks in. We also have lots of space in the house and if they need to have a break in a room by themselves, they're able to get that. We also live near parks that they can walk to.

A typical day
We'll go on a walk at a nice nature trail near our house and if they're not tired yet, we could play fetch in our backyard or play with some toys in the house. And if they're feeling like they don't want to use too much energy, they have lots of space to relax and even get the belly rubs they want.

Availability
I'm currently doing part-time online schooling (self-paced) so I have a lot of time to give your pet attention. I am able to go out for walks or take them out to go potty when they need it.
