My trip was RUINED 1 Sitter States in her bio that she is available pretty much all day and that dogs wont be caged. However i don't believe that was the CASE. 2. My dog was caged when she said it wouldn't be. and When I ask could I do a video Call at 730 am to see my dog after all these issues(BELOW) her reply was not until after 5. But if you're pretty much available all day why do I have to wait 9 hours to do a video call, Which still never happen. I'M almost a 100% sure my dog was caged the entire 9 HOURS. When she told me my dog pooped in the cage that's when I became ENRAGED. Because I have a full bread WHITE German Shepherd who's NEVER pooped in a caged NOT even as a puppy so that led me to believe if he pooped in the cage then he was locked in a cage for a long period of time. Then to add insult to injury my dog wasn't a neutered which is stated in t my bio description But because she had a female dog She caged him She said because she didn't realize that my dog wasn't neutered. However my bio states clearly that my dog was not neutered . So as a resuly my dog had to be transferred out of her care to another sitter. Although ROVER stepped in and did the transfer it was still a stressful Situation with me being out of town not being able to Go and pick my dog up or actually see my dog on video call. Sitter Should have read my dog bio Description in detail before accepting my reservation. I Would not recommend her to care for any dog. You would think after all My issues with the stay and my concern about the well-being of my dog that she would be considerate enough to let me view my dog on a video call,as requested.

Alyssa took care of our baby Max. She responded immediately when we have queries. Would highly recommend her and would love to have Max board at her place again.
