Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with my own dogs my whole life and been around animals forever, as well. I take care of any of my family members or family friend’s pets while they are out of town or unable and always have. After college, I got my own dog, Charlie, who has extreme separation anxiety as I got him right before Covid. I’ve learned what helps him feel more calm, safe, and happy. I know this is a common thing people are noticing in pets since being home more throughout the pandemic.

This was our first time using Rover and we were lucky enough to have Allyson take care of Keys and Symphony. Ally went above and beyond and earned the trust of our two moody Bullies. We would highly recommend her and we will be using her again

I bought my house last May and it is not fenced so I keep my dog on a leash outside, even if just to use the bathroom, just to be on the safe side in case something were to spook him. He prefers his crate because he feels safe in it, so I have 2-3 years of crating experience and could manage that. I think it’s important to make sure whoever is caring for your pets loves them and treats them as their own.

A typical day
I will play with your dog, walk your dog, let your dog sniff to their heart’s desire, and make sure they are all set in all aspects before I leave. My neighborhood is good for walks, but I can really walk a dog anywhere as long as not by a busy road because I wouldn’t like the lack of safety.

I have a hybrid work schedule and I set my own schedule. With that being said, I can fit pet care in around any of my meetings for work whether I’m working from home or in the office.
