Pet care experience
I love all pups and have a 11 year old brown Labrador, Max and Lucy a 2 year old mix. We were a foster home for the giant breeds for three years, but love 'em all! Any dogs that stay with us are sure to enjoy roam of the house and fenced yard, a dog friendly neighborhood, and sniffing the local critters that roam the yard. I enjoy cruising the 'hood with dogs in tow and if your pup is up to it, we can head to the hills or the local dog park. As far as my personality, I am calm and trust the dogs to do their own thing. Max and Lucy are extremely mellow. My home environment is quiet and tranquil, even the most skiddish pups have been known to relax here. I am open sitting any size of dog, but do have a fondness for the Labs and giant breeds. Why I dog sit: I am a life long dog lover! I grew up with dogs and have always been a dog owner. My house has a small fenced yard, with easy access to the outdoors. **Please note: I strongly prefer local pups and require a meet and greet before booking.**

This was our first experience leaving our dog Rollo with someone outside of our home and it was wonderful!. Rollo loved his week with Allyson while we explored Glacier National Park and Whitefish! Allyson sent updates and photos every day of their adventures which included walks, trips to the dog park and swimming. We had intended to pick Rollo up several times throughout the week for some swimming/exploring but after some anxious/nervous behavior the first couple days being apart from us, we thought it was best to leave him. I would highly recommend Allyson.
Allyson was wonderful! Lulu is 5 lbs. Her dog Max was sweet, gentle and played great with her tiny size! She had Lulu for a week and I received daily updates and pictures. I found my Montana sitter! Thanks Allyson
Allyson was amazing! I highly recommmend her. My husband and I were staying in Whitefish for 2 weeks with our infant and 4 year old Golden Retriever. We really wanted to do a full day in Glacier but I felt bad leaving the dog behind for the whole day. I found Allyson and it worked out so wonderfully. She was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, sent us pictures of our pup, and most importantly our dog had a great time. I already gave her info to my friend in Whit fish and wouldn’t hesitate for recommend her to any other friends as well. We will be using her on future trips to MT for sure. Thank you Allyson!!

I have dog sat the full variety of pups from 8# Chichihuas to 150# Mastiffs. We are flexible here and can just as easily chill as be super active. Let me know what your pup needs and I can make it happen!
A typical day
The dogs can walk the neighborhood or if they enjoy the dog park, we can easily head there. I love the mountains and my pups love the water, so we usually try to get up to the hills. Your pup is certainly invited also. Your dog's sleeping arrangement will be where your the pup is most comfortable: in my room, on their dog bed, or somewhere else inside the house. Time I'll spend with your dog include all hours while not working.
