I have been taking care of dogs my entire life. From the time I was born, my parents raised me with both small, medium, and large dogs throughout my life. Some people don't agree with my stance, but your dog is not only your best friend and companion, they're basically your child. You have to treat them with respect, teach them, reprimand them, and give them a lot of love and affection. It's just like a relationship with a human in my opinion. When you're spending time with them and taking care of them, give them your UNDIVIDED attention.
