I'd like to know if the dog gets along with other dogs and humans, and if not, to learn what training tactics have been established to avoid any unfortunate encounters. It would be good to know proposed schedules for feeding, peeing and pooping, as well as any special clothing, leashes or harnesses are necessary. In addition, please let me know if there are specific routes I should take or avoid on walks, and if there are specific habits/allergies that have caused trouble in the past. Finally, if there is any medical history (shots, emergency situations), that would be extremely helpful.

Time I'll spend with your dog: Each walk would be 30 minutes to ensure that the dog has had enough time outside for exercise, play and enjoyment. Best-case scenario is walking to a park or an open field so that the dog is not confined to pavement and to many pedestrians/cars. If the owner approved, I would take the dog to an enclosed space in order to throw a tennis ball and run around with the dog off-leash to get some playtime in. Worst-case scenario is that I would find a 1.5-2-mile walking path with grass on a few side streets so that the dog has the ability to walk, sniff and do its business without worrying about cars, traffic, pedestrians and the every day experiences from Boston. I love dogs and understand they need plenty of attention and interaction! I would hate to have my own dog left alone for extended periods of time without human contact/attention.
