Pet care experience
I absolutely love dogs and have grown up with boxers my whole life. I also own a cat of my own who has quite the personality! My extended family has dogs of all shapes and sizes so I'm experienced with both big and small dogs on and off the leash. I not only have experience owning dogs but pet sitting as well. My previous dog took lots of medication so I would also be great with dogs who may need a little extra attention at meal time. I'm currently in a graduate program to get my masters in Occupational Therapy. Over the summer I nanny, but would love the opportunity to help out with your fur family member before and after I nanny. After the summer, it would be easier for me to stay at your house, or your dog to stay with me, than it will be during the week over the summer. Please reach out with any questions!

Ally was a dream sitter!! We took a trip to Europe for 2 weeks and Ally watched our pup, took in our mail, emptied our Roomba after it vacuumed, and played Frisbee or walked our dog every day. She doesn't just come and let your dog out, she genuinely cares for your dog! She regularly texted or emailed us pictures of our dog and kept us up to date on how he was doing. One night there was a thunderstorm and she stayed with our dog because she was worried he'd be scared. Ally is the only sitter we'll use going forward! She's the best!

Before I sit a dog I would like to know how they are around people they haven't met. Are they scared? Are they really happy? Do they have a guard dog mentality? I would also like to know if there is anything specific the dog doesn't like (for example my dog hates his ears to be pulled) or if it has any medical issues. I definitely don't have any breed preferences! I love all dogs!
A typical day
Time I'll spend with your dog I would love to spend as much time with your dog as you would like. I am in graduate school and nanny during the summer but strongly believe in giving your animal lots of love and attention while you're away. I always hate to leave my dog and cat when I go out of town and it makes it so much easier when I know they will be loved and taken care of while I'm gone. I plan to give you that same feeling and relief while you travel! Extra house-sitting services I would absolutely love to do extra tasks for you while you're away. If you need your plants watered, the mail to be brought in, or even an extra pet to be fed, I will be more than happy to do that for you.
