I grew up on a farm in Northern California and have had large dogs, multiple cats and ridden horses all of my life. (Not to mention all the reptiles, rodents and amphibian pets!) I recently transitioned from working over ten years in education and I now love being a full-time mom with additional time during the day, evenings and weekends to be able to care for other animals. My friends joke that they would like to trade places with my pets because of the quality love and care that I give to my animals. I understand how important it is to have a trustworthy person to help give your pets exercise, food, and comfort while you are away. I would love to learn more about your pets' needs and how I could possibly help!

Allison was simply amazing. She did daily drop in-visits and walks with my baby for a week. She gave thorough updates on his behavior, bowel movements etc. Zen was more than pleased with her as well from the daily pics she sent. Peace of mind knowing that my dog is comfortable in his own space while receiving great care. All smiles from me and Zen. Would book again in a heartbeat!
For us, our pets are like family often referred to as Fur babies. For the first time we decided to leave them behind on a trip and have a sitter come to the house. It's easy to feel uncomfortable with this at first so I can say we are very lucky to have found Allison! She provided excellent care to both our dog and cat, arriving during out requested times and spending time with them after their meals. The pup was happy to receive real walks and we returned home to some very happy and well cared for pets. Allison wrote little updates with each visit which were comforting to come home to and read. It showed me that she really cared for their well-being and my comfort level was important to her. I recommend her highly to anyone who is hesitant to use a sitter. Allison is a patient and dedicated dog owner. She is attentive and loving. I had the opportunity to wash a dog with her and she showed great care in keeping the dog warm and happy while making sure the job was done right. She is used to paying attention to dietary restrictions and exercises her motherly caution and love with animals.
