Pet care experience
I have fostered animals, both cats and dogs, since I was 12 years old. My family had what they call a "foster fail" and we have had my dog now for about 5 years. I absolutely love being with pets and making them smile. I am at that point in my life where I really want a animal of my own but it is not the right timing, so I thought there is no better way than to care for other people's pet while still getting to spend time with animals!

Allison was very patient with all my questions since it was my first time using Rover. My 18 month pup made a new friend with her resident dog, Oliver. Allison was also great about sending some pictures and videos over the weekend so I could see how he was doing. I hope to use Allison again soon.
Allison was very accommodating for our last minute request. Our dog had a relaxing time during his short visit and she sent us a picture of him settled in.
Allison was amazing!! Always made sure to send pictures and give detailed updates. I was so glad knowing my fur baby was in good hands.
Allison watched my dog while I went on vacation. She was so great with my dog and came over a few days before to make a connection which made the experience less frightening for my rescue dog. She herself has fostered many animals so I knew she would take great care of my dog. Allison took pictures and sent them to me which gave my confidence that my dog was in great hands.

I don't have any pets of my own so that will not be a issue if your animal does not like other pets. I don't have a fenced in yard but I do have a yard if you dog likes to just sit outside on a cable. I have a nice deck so if it is nice I love sitting outside with the animals. Depending on the animal I like to give them 2-3 walks a day, whatever your preference is. I will feed them based on their previous schedule or whatever you tell me. I just really like the presence of an animal so if they want to be around me then we will spend all together playing or chilling in the living room/outside. If I am in a clients house, I will follow the rules and whatever you may tell me!

Availability
I work about 60 hours a week and they are 12 hour days. My schedule is not consistent every week. I hoping to pick up days that fit into my schedule (I get my schedule about a month in advance) and I will most definitely be around to care for your animals on weekends that you might be out of town or on vacation.
