Hi, I'm Allison and happy to take your dog (and the toys) hiking on trails, running at the beach, or just relaxing on the couch! I am a marine biologist at California State University, Fullerton. Before working with dolphins and seals, I was a technician assistant and kennel attendant at an animal hospital for 4 years. There, I helped medically treat, feed, walk, bathe, and groom lots of dogs and cats! I also grew up with 3 dogs that required much attention and gentle care to their special/senior needs. My friends and family know me as the first to spot an animal from a distance and the one to give advice about clipping nails (or that awkward topic of anal glands). From these experiences, I am comfortable with different personalities, ages, and sizes, can identify an emergency situation, and will treat your dog like my own! I look forward to getting to know you and your best dog friend!

I cannot say enough good things about Allison! She went above and beyond. She took incredible care of all four of my pets and my home while I was away. She will definitely be my go to pet sitter. She is kind, pleasant, trust worthy and very considerate. Highly recommend and the pets loved her too!
Allison takes care of my dog Sam (3 year old Basenji rescue) whenever I am traveling and away from home. Words can not describe how lucky I am as a dog owner to have found someone that really treats Sam my dog as if she was her own. Just seeing how Allison interacts with my pup shows how much experience she has with animals as well as her genuine love for them. My dog has really take a liking to her and I think that in itself speaks volumes of Allison’s ability to really connect with your pet. When she told me she was thinking about joining Rover I was so excited for her and could not be happier that other pets and pet owners will get to interact with her in the near future! P.S. She taught my dog two new tricks!
