Pet care experience
I have always been the go-to person to pet-sit for all my friends and family, so I thought why not make a little extra money on the side doing something I enjoy? I love all breeds of dogs and cats too! I have dog sat for dogs as small as 5lbs or over 100lbs. Some are very easy going and low maintenance, while others require a little extra love and attention. I took a bit of break from Rover as I was regularly caring for friends' pets, but since their needs for a dogsitter have changed, I have more available time. Each pet's personality is completely different and requires someone who is patient and loving to care for them. I am super reliable, will pay extra attention to detail, and make sure your pet is safe at all times. I can't wait to get a dog of my own one day and can't think of a better way to spend Imy free time.

Allison was awesome with Beast. She addressed any questions and concerns quickly which made us felt at ease. When we dropped him off, she was very welcoming and helped him feel at home. We received updates and pictures everyday. I would highly recommend her services. We will definitely be using her services again in the future.
Allison was super kind and very flexible with our schedule. She did a great job taking care of our 5 month old puppy and made sure to send lots of updates. We will definitely book again!
Allison was so great with my dog and she even offered to have him stay another night when we weren’t sure if we were going to make it back to town. Sent updates and photos throughout his stay and he even brought home a new toy :) I was sooo happy to have her!
We needed someone to watch our dog the next day and Allison was available. We got super lucky and Kobus loved her. She sent us pictures and kept us updated on how he was doing! We will be using her next time we need a sitter.

I do not have any pets of my own. I do take dogs out on leash but have a park close to my house. I love walking around my neighborhood even on my own, but always better to have the company of a dog. I will always follow the owner's instructions as far as feeding schedules, meds if any, and interactions with other dogs and people.

A typical day
I love going for walks around the neighborhood and live close to many nearby parks. I am not far from the lakefront, so if your dog requires a little more exercise, it's close by!

I work a hybrid work schedule. I'm in the office a couple days a week, otherwise work at home. I do bring dogs to the office with me if that's something they/the pet owners are comfortable with.
