Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Allison. I am a huge pet lover, and would love the chance to care for your fur babies. I find great happiness with just about all animals. It is important to me that all animals are well cared for and loved. Growing up, I had a lab and a chihuahua. I also had a cat that I raised from a kitten until he passed a few years ago. I also currently have two cats, so unfortunately boarding at my house will not be possible. At any given opportunity, I always offer to watch my friends and families pets while they are away.

Allison is awesome and was so wonderful with my dog Shatzi, who greatly enjoyed her walks with Allison. It’s obvious that she is a real animal lover and Shatzi bonded with her immediately. She is such a nice, caring person who is very dependable and accommodating. I highly recommend Allison and I will definitely use her services again!
Allison did a great job looking after our 2 dogs and cat! We never had to ask for updates or pics, and she did everything we asked of her and more. Her communication was great and she was very respectful of our home. Our pets were happy and healthy when we got home. They acted more like we were gone for a few hours rather than days because they were well looked after with Allison.

I am a very detail oriented person and will make sure to follow ALL instructions as it is written. Please know that I have used the rover service myself, and I was nervous with trusting a stranger to take care of my fur babies. I want to put your mind at ease and I hope you will trust me with your precious pets!

Please let me know if your animal has any allergies, medication needs, behavioral issues (with people or other animals)! It’s important that I as the sitter can accommodate all their needs or wants, so you can be at peace leaving them in my care.
A typical day
I believe physical and mental stimulation are important for every animal. This allows your animal to get out all their energy, but it also helps with less accidents and destruction of furniture. With dogs, I love to play fetch or make special treats that have things like peanut butter on the inside to keep them occupied. I don’t have anywhere specific I like to go on walks, but I am happy to keep up with your dogs routine and preferences.

Availability
I am a local high school English teacher, so I have pretty limited time during the week. During the weekends, I will be happy to spend as much time as needed to make sure your animal is comfortable and thriving while you are away. I am also always happy to send photos, so you can also rest easy knowing your animals are going great.
