Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs my entire life, all different sizes and breeds. I formally was an assistant manager at a daycare where I not only got to enjoy keeping the dogs busy and playful, but also got to administer all medications and injections, all food types, minor injuries and their vets as well. Also was well trained in dog aggression and behavioral issues.

There are few people I would trust with my dogs and Alli is most definitely one of them! She takes her time to understand every dog she cares for which is insanely important. My dogs can be a handful when I’m away, but Alli listens to every detailed instruction so I can trust my dogs are in good hands. She sends updates and you never need to worry about any issues! From one crazy dog parent to another, I’m telling you that Alli is THE best!
Allison probably would jump into traffic to save a dog. She is compassionate and works amazingly with all animals but dogs are her calling. I’ve seen her handle a room with a dozen dog with ease. She’s a wonderful person and would make an amazing addition to your team.
Allison has been a wonderful confidant of mine for almost 20 years, and she has always shown exceptional compassion, exuberance, and kindness with not only people but all animals and critters alike. Her family has cared for furry and feathery creatures with the utmost gentleness and delight, so much so that you can feel the warmth radiate a mile away! From walking and bathing to grooming and playing, there is nothing that Allison wouldn't say no to! Her expertise is heavily involved with dogs and puppies, though she has experience caring for fish, birds and even ferrets, too. Frankly, there isn't anyone else that I would trust my furry friends with other than her.

I am a lifelong resident of the area and know all of the best places to take your pup! We could go on hikes, check out some rivers, or even just a small walk around a park for those who want to have a calm day. I normally take my own dog to Mianus park a lot and she loves it! She is so great with other dogs. If we are ever in the situation where another dog is aggressive towards her she does not react, however if she were too I am trained in deescalating the situation and containing the dogs.

No breed preferences at all. I would like to know any medical conditions so I am aware of it. Pace wise, long walks and hikes with running? Or nice and slow short walks. Can he or she go into the water or river if we’re on a hike? Are they allowed to play and are well around other dogs? Temperament-wise as well a little history. :)
A typical day
Tons of long walks, hikes, running and enjoying the outdoors. We can take walks by the river, meet other doggies, I’ll have tons of toys or their own they can enjoy!

Availability
I currently work at The Mairtime Aquarium at Norwalk full-time, however I miss spending time with pups and getting a getting a good walk in at the same time! My schedule isn’t as flexible as it used to be- but I will accommodate as much as I possibly can to fit the needs of any client. While my full day off are Tuesdays, I am available everyday after 5:00 pm!
