Pet care experience
Hi there! I am a lifelong dog lover and own 2 pups - a Toller puppy and a rescue chocolate lab. My puppy, Ruby, is almost 2 and I’ve had her since she was 8 weeks old! It’s been an incredible learning experience training her and getting to know her. We rescued 6 year old Lucy a few months ago and she’s been a wonderful addition to our family! I truly love ALL dogs and have pursued several foster opportunities. I also frequently babysit and check on dogs of my loved ones when they need care or just some love :)

Allison has been amazing this week helping us take care of Pasta!! She made sure to give him plenty of love, plenty of outdoor time and he was just happy to have a friend checking in on him. Her Rover cards and all the photos of Pasta made me smile and made being away from home a little easier. 10/10 would hire Allison again, I cannot thank her enough!?

Allison has walked my large dog many times. My dog often pulls, has his own plan and can be an excited mess. She does a wonderful job managing him! The other thing I truly appreciate is she is always punctual. She is a great dog walker & I highly recommend.
Allison is a life saver. She takes care of our Hazel like one of her own. She is very attentive, and timely with the dogs needs. So glad we found her to help take care of our pup.

I’m very familiar with puppy proofing and crate training, and I’m happy to reinforce the schedule and habits you’ve gotten your dog accustomed to. (Or want them to get accustomed to!). I always have treats with me to help with recall, and your dog will always be on a leash when we’re outside - unless you have a completely fenced-in yard. I live in a single family home in a quiet neighborhood and our yard is partially fenced in. So, at my home, they will be kept on a leash and supervised for potty breaks and outdoor playtime.

I would love to know what their favorite treats are, if they have a preferred toy or game, or if they need help with positive reinforcement with things like walking on a leash or crate training.
A typical day
I own a high energy dog and have learned lots of great activities to stimulate and enrich her! From snuffle mats to feeding puzzles to adventure walks, I try to make every day special for my pups. I grew up on the North Shore and know lots of great spots for dog-friendly adventuring.

I work from home and am fortunate to have a lot of flexibility during the day as I set my own schedule. I’m also around most weekends!
