Pet care experience
I’ve loved and taken care of dogs my whole life. At 5 years old it was my responsibility to feed and water our Australian shepherd. I have had many dogs in my lifetime, including my current aussie, Hazel. I also do the occasional dog sitting for neighbors! I have experience with training puppies of my own, helping friends and family with training, and training older shelter dogs. I can give medication as needed (senior meds, antibiotics, etc.) My dog is extremely picky and hates taking meds so I have learned all the tricks in the book ;).

Alison did a great job taking care of my three cats during my extended vacation from December 22nd, 2023 through January 5th, 2024. She dropped by every day to ensure they had plenty of food and water, cleaned out their litter box and kept me informed of how the cats were doing. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter and will use her services again!
I highly recommend Alli as a dog sitter. She is incredibly responsible and wonderfully kind with our dogs. She has a large home with plenty of room for them to explore and a great yard. She updates you daily with pics. 5 stars. Will definitely use again!
Alli has cared for our two large dogs and chickens numerous times and always does a fabulous job! We never worry about the care our animals are getting when Alli is watching them! Highly recommend
Allison has loved all animals her whole life. She is most happy when she has her dogs with her! She even took her dog to college with her! There isn't a better choice for a dog sitter than Allison!

I live on a big farm that sits at the end of a long driveway, far from the county road. On leash outside time can be done if that is what makes you the most comfortable! My Australian shepherd will offer loving companionship. Crating when I can’t be home can be done as well.

I just need to know if potty trained, crate trained, how they get along with other dogs, and if they need to be leashed in an unfenced yard!
A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs with short training sessions, snuffle mats, and other enrichment toys. We will also spend lots of time playing outside where there’s always new smells on the farm. Car rides are also one of my dog’s favorite activities ( only if you are comfortable with me taking your dog for a ride). I always buckle dogs in for car rides and I have a perfect driving record!
