I have had my dog for 3 years and taken care of family's dogs in addition to that. I have had my childhood dog in my family for 12 years and have helped raise him from a puppy. I adore all animals and love spending time with them. I've reflected on my favorite things in life and one of them has always been animals. Whether I walk your pet or house sit, I will treat your babies like my own!

Allison was a great sitter and friend for Smitty for the three weeks we were out of town. There were many visits involved over this time period and Allison did a good job communicating with us about Smitty's various walks and play-times, what kind of mood he was in, whether he drank some water after play-time, and other info. She really cares about Smitty and enjoys the work. We highly recommend Allison!
Allison is really great with Smitty. He’s a very active boy and she always plays with him when she drops-in. He’s really happy to see her everyday and she takes good care of him. Hi, I am Pete and I am a Yorky mix. Me and my dog friends, Sammy and Hercules, love Allison, because she plays with us, feeds us and gives us treats, and will pet us all day long! When we see her coming, we run right to her for love and pets. You will want to meet Allison and have her be your best friend while your humans are away.

I live in an apartment so I cannot care for other pets in my own home but I will always treat your pet as my own. If you are comfortable with it, I will bring my dog (who loves all friends) to visit if I am caring for your pets in your home. If you are not comfortable with that then I am more than happy to leave my dog at home, however I will not be able to spend the night in your home. I will happily check in with them as often as I can and let them out every 3-6 hours (depending on work schedule). I am happy to feed, play with, cuddle, walk, and give medications to your fur babies. I am not experienced in giving shots but have given pills and liquid medications to multiple dogs. I look forward to loving on your dogs!

Please let me know how your dog reacts on a leash, if they have any triggers, favorite toys, if they are friendly with other dogs, etc. It can also help to know what and how many treats they can have. Also please let me know allergies they have other than the typical dog food allergies. And of course tell me any quirks or personality types they have that can help me get to know them!
A typical day
I love to spend some time getting to know the dog. I'll give them cuddles, play with some toys, goof around with them, and once they feel comfortable I will take them outside for walks or to play in their yard.

Availability
I am a bartender where I will work from approximately 3-9pm or at the latest 11:30 pm. This schedule changes daily so please reach out if you have any questions! For long term house/dog sitting (more than 2 days) I would need to bring my dog along. He is a sweetheart and loves making new friends!
