Very dissappointed with this sitter. I have used Rover for a couple years and had great stays with other sitters. She asked for a meet and greet and I took Jax over a week before we left. The visit went fine and Jax met their little girl but not their dog. Six hours into my drive to Colorado she texts and wants me to send someone over to get Jax. Her mom was babysitting and said Jax was barking and whining and nipped at their dog. So I had to call friends and my kids were calling friends but it’s Labor Day weekend and everyone had plans. I called my vets office and the angels that work at Rainbow valley love Jax so they went on their lunch break to go pick him up for me. If not for them I would have had to turn around and cancel the vacation. I know not every situation works out but she didn’t even give it a day to work out. Jax has been around dogs and children his whole life and he’s never bitten anyone or any dog. Would not use her again or reccommend her. Wouldn’t let me post without giving a star
