Pet care experience
Hi there! We have two dogs (Millie, 10; Beans, 9) who rule our house. We have a half acre fenced in house and when we're home, the dogs have unfettered access to the outdoors. My husband and I both work flexible full time jobs including my being home at 1030am through the rest of the day on Wednesday and my husband working from home 2 days a week. We love our dogs and will love yours too.

So grateful for Allison and her family. They took in Delilah, our 5 month old Doberman, without question regardless of the food allergies we'd been trying to manage. Our pup came home feeling even better than when we dropped her off! We were able to leave town with incredible peace of mind knowing Allison and her husband were taking excellent care of Delilah. Thank you both so much!!
Had to book something last minute and Allison was very accommodating!
Excellent care for Auzzie. Allison and Drew are very easy to work with and our dog comes home happy. He normally doesn't eat when he is away from home, but he feels comfortable enough to eat when he stays here.
Allison was great and I would highly recommend her. She sent us photos of Max and communicated via texts while we were on vacation. Her backyard is perfect for dogs to run!

Dogs must be ok with small children - we have a boy born in November 2015. He LOVES dogs - he is very gentle with ours and loves when they give him kisses. Our Millie, 10, is very ambivalent about other animals, but our Beans, 9, really gets excited to play (but is used to Millie rebuffing him) so really either type of dog fits in but we'd like to know which one we're getting. Occasionally, we dog sit a Boxer (8) and a Jack Russel (puppy) so we'd be sure to clear that through you before we booked.
A typical day
We love to take walks around the block (our normal route is 2 miles and is a circle and can be repeated as normal). Again, our backyard is fenced and dogs have access to it at all times we're home. Our dogs enjoy sunning on the deck and occasionally protecting us from squirrels.
