I currently have 2 fur-babies, an 12 year old Jack Russell named Scarlett and a 4 year Lab\Collie mix named Bella. Both of which I have had since puppy-hood, so I am understanding of the needs of young and old, small and large breed, relaxed and super playful kind of dogs. Dogs have always played a special part in my heart, and there has not been a dog that I could not get along with. I know that the way to a dog's heart is through unconditional love and belly rubs! I am a certified teacher and it is summertime, so when I asked myself what was the thing I loved as much as teaching, and the answer was so clear, DOGS! Help me turn my love for caring for dogs into a way of helping you and me out! My schedule is pretty open at the time as there is no school happening right now. I just have my 2 year old daughter with me that loves to look at and watch puppers (does not try to touch dog yet). For my dogs, I have learned what they each prefer and go with their flow. We feed them in the morning while they are outside for the first time of the day. We allow them to eat as they want throughout the day, and if their bowls are empty at our dinner time then I'll add just a bit more for them.
