My name is Allison! Owner and head trainer at Eerie Canines - (@eeriecanines on FB) I’ve owned animals of all types my entire life. Anything from fish to reptiles to dogs of many types - both pet and sports dogs. I have professionally worked with animals the last 6 years between a manager role at a pet store, dog training and owning my own training & pet care business - ask me about dog training!

Allison did a fantastic job with Bourbon! She sent updates consistently during the weekend my boy was with her and tons of cute pics! She even took the time to provide some feedback about his habits after his stay with her was over. Definitely recommend!

Allison was easy to work with. She was flexible on pick up and drop off times. We have a single dog, that is like a second child to us, a terrier who loves to play with other dogs and she loved playing with Allison's collie in the beautifully fenced yard. She sent two pictures and updates a day and my dog looked happy. When we left LJ jumped up to get Allison to pet her. The setting is a mini farm. Dogs will not interact with livestock (chicken, ducks and sheep, etc) but get the fun of seeing them. Your dog will be outside a lot and get great exercise. However, from this experience, they will come back healthy, well-exercised and happy. I would be delighted to use Allison again

I have a dedicated room for our guests here at my home. This room has a gate at the door, a camera and crates for our not-so-friendly pups to feel safe. I have a large fenced in yard at my home with room for all the zoomies possible. New guests stay separate from my own personal dogs or any dogs that will be staying with me to assure their safety. Supervised play time with my personal dogs is allowed (two dog maximum) under certain circumstances, but I generally do not mix dogs to avoid stress/fighting. I provide one on one mental and physical exercise every day, allowing your pet needs to be fulfilled!

I need to be informed on behavioral issues - reactivity, aggression, anxiety. Any information regarding escaping confinement - jumping fences, digging, etc as well as allergies, medications and vaccines/titer test is essential prior to service.
A typical day
Fun activities at my house include pool time, I have a shallow pool made for pups to enjoy. I have a fully fenced yard for running around, most of which is covered by trees so it’s nice and shaded. Walks are always on secluded roads. We can also frequent some dog friendly parks if owner requests outings.
